Since XXXX of this year, I have been working with Wells Fargo to sign a split-sign loan modification for the COVID relief fund. There have been numerous delays and incorrect documents sent to me. I have called them at least a dozen times for updates on this loan and they were never able to give me an answer. I have sent in the forms 3 times, only to have them destroyed and blanks sent back to me saying what I need to fill in, without mentioning what was missing previously. The last time I sent in my signed and notorized documents, I called Wells Fargo and had a Home Preservation specialist walk me through all documents and confirm that I had all forms necessary before I sent them in. That was 3 weeks ago. Today XX/XX/21 I received blank copies again stating the same requirements, again, missing the comments as to what was missing previously. The home preservation department and who ever is receiving these documents are obvious ly 2 separate entities because no one has any idea what is going on with the other. This is the second complaint filed for this purpose, their executive contact reached out to me and did make an effort to remedy this but as of today, I see no positive results what so ever of that attempt. I have only received calls from my home preservation specialists 3 times, leaving a message, but never being available when I called back. I have never spoken to my assigned home preservation specialist, who has recently changed names. I need someone, in person, to walk me through what is needed. I also want to be sure I am being protected against foreclosure because of this horribly managed process that will now take several weeks longer to address. 1 party that needs to be present is in the military ( contractor ) and is often overseas and is limited to what mail he can receive. This is an absolute mess. I have never dealt with worse communication regarding someone's basic right to have a roof over their head. I would appreciate much greater attention to this matter this time around rather than just forwarding it to my bank like the last time this complaint was made.
