Receiving repeated phone calls about a debt I do not recognize or owe. The person calling refused to identify themselves and was trying to solicit personal information and continued to communicate after asking for written correspondence and refusing to acknowledge the debt. Issue has been resolved and despite there being no debt owed, collector insists on calling and speaking over in what I deem an aggressive and markedly threatening tone. This type of harassment is unacceptable and unwarranted. Did not feel comfortable continuing the call and ended it when person on the other end of the line continued to raise their voice and keep talking while asking questions about a debt I do not owe or recognize. Asked for written correspondence after refusing to acknowledge or validate the debt and person continued to speak over and ask questions loudly. Felt extremely threatened -- a stranger calling asking questions about personal information and refusing to identify themselves lest those questions be answered then proceeding to talk loudly about a debt one does recognize or acknowledge then continuing to speak at a more rapid pace despite a request to end the call with said stranger or request written correspondence is quite overwhelming. Felt the direction of the call was getting increasingly obscene and truly unaware of who this person is or was.
