I recently received a response from your company. In regards to my original dispute. In where your company has responded that the account was verified. I sent a follow up letter which lawfully should have been responded within 15 days. That was not the case, instead I received a template letter from your company lacking all of the crucial information I requested from you. Please note, we are preparing legal action against those involved in the illegal reporting of false accounts. We request that you send the evidence requested in our previous 2 correspondence plus the following in order to help us build our case against the false reporting culprits whether it be the bureaus or furnishers. Original signed contract ( Bearing My Signature ) Proof of ownership, the furnishers proof of ownership documents List of all names at your company who were involved in this investigation A clear and detailed explanation of what you have done in regards to my account from the moment the original dispute was filed. Please note the intent of this letter is not to intimidate any person or company. But I have been intimidated by the actions your company has taken against me and the way this investigation is being handled. Your actions behind a computer screen have real life consequences. I am unable to gain new credit and am forced to pay higher rates on just about everything because of the information being reported through your company. Please provide all of the above evidence required or immediately delete these accounts from my credit report.
