To start I had chase and was never notified the mortgage was sold then after I had put a lot of money into the house I had asked to have pmi removed then I was forced to purchase insurance from them then I had fallen behind in the mortgage and was able to get caught up then again I fell behind and they refused to let me catch up they would return the payments eventually I was able to apply for a modification at that time I was advised to tell them I would need them to apply areas to the back of the loan as the payments where going to them on time they sent 1 payment back then requested I start new trial again they refused last payment for modification then offered a third modification attempt this time we sent US Postal with tracking numbers again they said they didn't receive a payment for XXXX and they did not call write email no attempt until XXXX then cashed XXXX 's check sent back XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX check in XXXX cashed XXXX 's then sent a letter to foreclose after they were notified that the postal service had delivered payment also I notified them of having issues with covid continued payments on time they still charged penalties and fraudulent charges I had the taxes reduced by the township and state they raised the fees I am convinced that they purposely refused payments to foreclose only property also I was never offered any help with alternatives and they did not apply monies paid to the loan and they did not report I have been paying on Time the last year and a half and there is more they were shown proof of payment and won't accept responsibility for the lost or misplaced XXXX payment and now don't want to offer the modification I believe they played with time on calendar to coincide with state expiration of covide expiration thanks for your help XXXX
