XXXX and XXXX Card was the same request to resolve and issue showing on my credit report that I did NOT authorize I called on XX/XX/2021, to inquire why they were on my credit report as a hard inquiry, they sent me a letter. When I got the letter to see why I was not approved for their card when they did a SOFT inquiry THAT I DID NOT APPLY FOR. That is when they checked the file on XX/XX/2021 to see what was happening. This apparently resulted in another HARD inquiry just for finding out what was happening. Neither inquiry was authorized. I will agree, I do not understand how most of these credit card companies work. Please help me and remove these hard inquiries off my credit report. This was not fair and not authorized to place a hard inquiry on my credit report. Please help me and delete both inquiries. I have filed numerous disputes, State of TN Affidavit 's and FTC complaint regarding these two inquiries to be removed from my credit report, that I did NOT authorize. I also did not authorize " XXXX ''. Please remove them all.
