Shortly after installing the CreditKarma XXXX, I received a welcome email, which I may/may not have clicked on. Since, and in attempts to find cheaper auto insurance via their " offers '', I did choose to go with XXXX XXXX XXXX. No problems with that, as of yet. ( I DO have MAJOR problems with XXXX though ). Recently, I also received both email and XXXX notifications about their XXXX XXXX, which seemed like a good idea to rectify legitimate outstanding claims using a pre loaded card. Then, the problems started while applying, with the XXXX, that it repeatedly cited my phone number was recognized and validated upon registration ... .. but the device was not. It prompted for the phone number to text a code to ( which sounded odd, having said the number was validated ). Time after time a text never came. Using the web based " chat '', that initiated a call to my phone. The person was female, loud room, sounded XXXX, which also yielded zero results so I asked for her supervisor. She cited the problem was with my phone and to check with my provider. Eventually, after pressing why a simple task was an issue, she said they used another 3rd party which " handles the phone numbers ''. She said a supervisor was not present, and one would be calling in 24 hours. Since, I have received multiple phishing emails and phone calls. Phone call from : XXXX and XXXX Emails from XXXX XXXX and XXXX The same day, I applied for XXXX 's Card. Exact same problem again with the phone number from both the XXXX and website. Exact same sequence of events and likeliness. I have been with XXXX for 17 years. I still use a XXXX key fob that is impossible to duplicate from their XXXX XXXX days. Phone calls from : XXXX XXXX This also seems to happen a lot on both XXXX and XXXX if a low/negative review is posted .... or if no review at all.
