I am identifying myself as the consumer, XXXX XXXX. As the consumer, I am requesting to see where Transunion is getting the information of an alleged bankruptcy they are reporting on my credit file! I have requested my consumer report from XXXX which is where Transunion told me they got the information but it is not on my XXXX report. I have wrote to the bankruptcy court who have informed me that they do not report to credit reporting agencies yet, Transunion has the bankruptcy court as the furnisher on my credit file. The fact that Transunion is telling me they got their information from XXXX but is reporting the furnisher as the bankruptcy court is a violation. My report is supposed to be 100 % accurate but it is not. According to 15 USC 1681n you are criminally and civilly liable and can be sued for damages to my file if this is not deleted
