When covid first started I called after and asked for a defferal. I was given a partial payment defferal of XXXX a month. I paid it on time every month. Around XX/XX/XXXX I called because my credit report showed that all my payments were reporting as late for all of the defferal months. They told me that this was a common mistake and they would fix it. In month or two it was reporting as it correctly in deferral and on time. Around XX/XX/XXXX it was back on there again. I called them again and they said they would straighten it out. They fixed it again and it was shown in defferal status, around the beginning of XXXX. I called in end of XXXX for an extension of the defferal. It was supposed to end XXXX. They granted me another defferal for XXXX a month. I went online in XXXX to pay my account on their website. It showed that my account was charged off and the full balance of XXXX and some dollars was due in full. I called them and they said it was nothing they could do but settle, the whole balance for XXXX percent of it. I told them I did not have that kind of money. I also checked my credit report and it showed that I was never in a defferal and all the lates were on there from XX/XX/XXXX. It was showing that I have not paid in over six months. I am also trying to refinance my house because my covid forebearance is ending. I can not due to my credit score and status. My credit score had been over 700 before this. I am bow in the 500s. I also just went on and paid them the full monthly payment of XXXX for the past couple of months on time. They told me that they never agreed to an extended defferal. But I also made the regular payments on time and they still charged the account off and messed up my credit. I have the proof to show.
