I was unemployed due to XXXX XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX for a forbearance. It was granted XX/XX/XXXX. They said it would be for 3 months - XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I obtained employment in XXXX. I made a payment for XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX to let them know I was ready to resume my payments on both my mortgage and HELOC. I also made a payment for XX/XX/XXXX on The HELOC. They have charged late payments XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I was told it would take 60 days for me to be removed from the forbearance. I aske and called repeatedly trying to figure out what was going on. I was told my XXXX payments were applied to my XXXX payments. When I was given the forbearance I was told the months of XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX would be applied to back of my loan. Instead, they have reported me late on both accounts every months since XXXX and continue to report me late. I made a payment XX/XX/XXXX and they applied that payment to XXXX instead of XXXX. Still reporting me late two months and will not acknowledge the forbearance I was granted. I believe they are trying to force me into foreclosure. As a senior, I feel I've been duped. I have called over and over and no one will correct this issue.
