I recently sent out disputes over 30 days ago for a few accounts listed on my credit report. I received notice that this account was verified. I did not receive any supporting documents that I requested. This is my second request asking them to give me more information about this alleged debt. If such documents are not produced within 15 business days please delete this from my consumer report. I am fully prepared to take this issue to court to start a ligation. I have gave XXXX and Equifax over 30 days which they was suppose to verify and 15 days to sent out supported documents as I requested via supported documents in my dispute letter. They are now violated Section 616 & 617.
