XX/XX/2021 at XXXX was contacted by an Amshare representative in regards to a XXXX account. I requested written notification, representative informed me it was not sent out due to the fact the collection was only 1 day old and the just received the request to collect debt. Representative claimed it will be sent out. Never received written correspondence. XX/XX/2021 at XXXX, received a call from an Amshare representative in regards to debt collection. Informed her that I had requested and never received written correspondence, she said " Have a nice day '' and hung up. XX/XX/2021 at XXXX, received a call from an Amshare representative, informed her I was called earlier in the day and informed the previous representative that I request written correspondence that I have never received. Representative informed me that they do not send out written correspondence, they are solely electronic and online and will not send anything in the mail.
