I purchased a vehicle from premier Nissan on XX/XX/XXXX. When purchasing this vehicle I traded in a XXXX XXXX. The dealership is refusing to pay off the vehicle. I was informed today by XXXX XXXX that I am still responsible for the payments on the XXXX XXXX even though I do not have the vehicle. I have attempted to speak to several people. I went to the dealership and waited for 3 hours to speak to someone. The receptionist finally put me on the phone with someone who said that she will call me back. I am not able to purchase a tag without them paying off the car. The state charges extra for late tag purchases.
