On XX/XX/XXXX a complaint was filed with Experian. Complain ID XXXX. Based on the company 's response it shows that they are willfully failing to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In my complain I listed specific items that must be removed immediately due to them never being authorized by me the consumer. They are in violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) by having information on my consumer file that I never gave permission to be there. Per 15 USC 1681b ( B ) ( i ) ( IV ) once noticing that the information reporting on my consumer file was not authorized by me. I immediately wanted it removed. Per 15 USC 1681a ( o ) ( 5 ) ( C ) ( i ), Experian has to notify me the consumer within 5 business days of anything that is added to my consumer report. That was never done. This is a case of identify theft because I never gave authorization to Experian, meaning that someone else used my information. If the information was not authorized by me, wouldn't that make the information on my consumer report false?
