I am a victim of identity theft .This creditor is not only reporting fraudulent account but also aware that is account is fraudulent in deed. I sent my police report and my FTC affidavit that i received from the Federal Trade Commission. They keep verifying this fraudulent account and are not reporting to my dispute. I have never had any goods or services with them i never applied for their card and they are knowingly and willingly reporting this fraud. They have caused me great damage and embarrassment also with emotional distress.
