I have sent Equifax OVER A DOZEN disputes over the last 18 months or so. This last CFPB complaint was sent because they decided they were not going to respond to me within 30 days. Quite amazingly, they received this CFPB complaint, just to wait EVEN LONGER than the first almost 45 days from the original dispute and STILL have not done an investigation and presented me with the results.
