Consumer Narrative
someone took out a speedy cash loan out with my social security number but the loan is in a different name it's not my name but its my social security number the account is not mine I never took out any payday loans. i called the company and tried to dispute this but they are giving me a hard time, they tell me its not my name it's under but its my social. this is ruining my credit for something that doesn't belong to me and I want this company to fix it immediately and be accountable for their mistake in not obtaining proof when giving out loans
