On XX/XX/2021, I sent the attached letter ( Qualified Written Request " QWR '' ) to Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing which was completely ignored. Under the law, Shellpoint was required under Section 6 ( e ) of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 12 U.S.C. 2605 ( e ), to confirm receipt of the letter within five ( 5 ) business days and respond with an answer within thirty ( 30 ) business days. To date Shellpoint has not responded. Today I sent a second ( 2nd ) letter to XXXX XXXX, the COE of Shellpoint Mortgage via XXXX. ( see attached letter dated XX/XX/2021 )
