To whom it may concern : Please accept this letter as my follow-up to my telephone conversation on Friday XX/XX/2021, with a fraud dispute representative with Experian. This is my formal credit dispute letter along with a copy of my Police report that was requested. I was a victim of identity theft. Please be advised that the following accounts on my credit report have been disputed before, but today I am including a Police report to have these accounts removed from my Experian credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX I would appreciate if you would investigate this matter and remove them from my credit report. I have disputed these items tirelessly for the last couple years and I am my wits end. XXXX XXXX and XXXX have removed these items already.
