Vervent/XXXX has listed on my credit report, particularly XXXX, that I have an delinquent account with them. This incorrect. For starters, I have contacted them about this account which I never opened. I was advised that this account was opened with a credit card by the name of XXXX XXXX. That was not done by me and I don't know that person. Secondly, I asked them to delete the account by making a money order for the total amount on my report in hopes to remedy this. Vervent cashed that money order in XXXX of 2019. At this time, Vervent doesn't even own the account. It has been sold to another vendor, who has sent me a letter advising that they stopped all collection efforts. Vervent doesnt have any documentation on file to indicate that I opened this account or that I'm deliquent. This fradulent and I tried several times to remedy. This is my last attempt before I sue them. This entry is affecting me a great deal and it needs to be DELETED.
