I being the consumer, natural person and original creditor have sent a debt validation letter to Discover Financial Services pursuant to 15 USC 1692g requesting validation not verification, those are two different things. I also requested Discover Financial Services to provide copies of their 1096 tax form, their 1099-OID, their INC and their PRC in reference to the account. I being the federally protected consumer, natural person and original creditor sent along with the debt validation letter, a cease and desist letter and a consumer enforcement settlement containing my statement of damages ( violations in accordance with civil liability ) for the debt collectors transgressions against me as a consumer under 15 USC 1692, TCPA and Identity Theft.
