I file bankruptcy in XXXX # XXXX I had my bankruptcy dismissed. I disputed this bankruptcy with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX took it off my credit report by the XXXX of XXXX. I check my credit report again and it's back on my credit report by Credit Acceptance which I paid off through a collection Agency. I am trying to clean my credit to be able to someday purchase a new home or another car. Any assistance from the CFPB is appreciated.
