On or about XX/XX/2021, I had an extension applied to my account to defer the XXXX payment for Nissan Motor Corporation which would cover my XXXX payment, so doing this I had a payment return of {$470.00} because at the time we needed that money back and I was never contacted or told that because the payment was returned the extension was canceled ; this caused me to have a missed payment and go directly on my credit report which at the time is significant and we were close to owning a home but because of this inaccuracy it has delayed us in buying a home. When I talked to Nissan they said to contact you to get this removed so we can purse this action. This caused my credit score to drop to XXXX and not the XXXX to be able to close on my house. I would like this investigated and removed from my credit ASAP. Once i knew it was late I immediately paid the requested amount. To this date if i have been late on a payment I had requested an extension and never had been late on this account, please see account history attached. Thank you!
