I have sent two letters to MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT which is reporting a debt on each of three my credit reports, asking them to verify or validate that this debt belongs to me which they DID NOT respond to. I have filed multiple dispute letters : 2 Dispute Letters to XXXX, 3 Dispute Letters to XXXX, and 3 Dispute Letters to XXXX, and NONE of these 4 companies have provided any documentation proving that this debt belongs to me. This is a clear VIOLATION of the FCRA. Any information that can not be properly verified, MUST BE DELETED/REMOVED immediately.
