XXXX XXXX XXXX and tin used to financially abuse my credit report by constantly putting on and taking off late payments that were made in compliance with the change of payment date from the XXXX to the XXXX during the pandemic. Within the past 30 days they have made six changes to my credit report as my loan officer has been documenting everything like I have. They have recently blocked my account balance from being shown after they lied to the credit bureau that my balance was over {$2900.00}. I can not speak to this company because their representatives are uneducated disrespectful southern customer service representatives that are trained in collections not customer service. My Exhusband is responsible for this account, I paid two months out of my own money and instead of updating the balance they reported the balance almost twice as much to the credit bureaus. They know exactly what theyre doing it is one lady that handles this account and I would like to know her legal name. Consumer finance needs to investigate this company to the very end.
