I have attempted multiple times since 2018 to have AWA Collections vaildate this debt they claim I owe. Each time, the collection agency failed to provide me with validation for the debt. They continue to send me a bill from the orignal creditor stating this is their proof that it is my debt that I owe. No other supporting documents to prove this is my debt such as any documentation bearing my signature. Additionally, the letter they continue to send me that they claim is my deby, states that the charges owed total {$370.00} ( {$290.00} principal, {$76.00} interest ), and that an itemization of these said charges totalling this amount are attached. The itemization within these documents on the medical bill they continue to send me does not total {$370.00}. Rather, the itemization wihtin these documents clearly show a total of {$300.00}.
