I Sent a letter to Transunion on XX/XX/XXXX and Transunion received it on XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail. According to The Fair Credit Reporting Act, Transunion has never gotten any written permission from me, the consumer, the natural person pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) stating in accordance with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. Transunion doesn't have a document or anything with my signature giving them the right to furnish things on my consumer report, I've given them 30 days but in all reality, it shouldn't take them that long, i want this account removed Immediately U.S. Dept Of Vets Affair Account # XXXX Also stated how they violated my privacy, by exchanging my information for years. They either Don't respect the FCRA or They failed to educate themselves, They basically are reporting things for money with no respect, privacy and fairness to the consumer.
