I have file one complaint on XXXX XXXX XXXX and today I received a notice that this fraudulent account was updated again and it cost my score to drop. This should be removed from my account as I HAVE NEVER HAD A XXXX XXXX CARD. I did again reach out to them and if they don't stop this activity I am going to my local XXXX State Police Troop XXXX and report it. How can they take pleasure in destroying peoples lives? They have failed to provide any of the credit bureaus with information and refuse to send anything to me. They have a XXXX address and I have lived in XXXX for 31 years.
