yes in fact i am the consumer pursuant to 15usc1692a ( 3 ). Mercantile adjustment bureau , LLC sent several communications to my place of abode without my express written consent. in these communication there were several violations of the Fair debt collection practices act. some of these violations pursuant to 15usc1692k were highlighted and returned with an invoice and demand for payment. i've made several good faith calls which were recorded for compliance purposes to them to allow them the opportunity to cure the outstanding invoice. as of today they late fees assessed have reached- {$12000.00}, in addition the the invoice amount. i will attach all communications as well, certified mail proof of delivery which will show when the late fees began accruing. pursuant to 15usc1692L ( c ) i am writing to the bureau for administrative enforcement of these violations
