XX/XX/2021 after work at XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX. I seen a car I like and XXXX the salesman told me that the car is XXXX based off of the financial lady. So I said lets do it. And after running my credit I did not like the monthly payment because they did the wrong car. And the price is actually XXXX. So I said never mind. But the XXXX tried to find me a different car and I said okay. I wanted to know the monthly for each one just like how everybody looks at their estimate monthly payment online. After looking at different cars I decided I did not like any of the offers so I just went home. Later on the night I seen that my credit got pulled 25 pts from XXXX XXXX. How is that possible I have a good credit and it shouldnt take off that many points. I called them and said that they cant do anything about it so here I am asking for help. They told me that it shouldnt even affect my credit because they didnt connect me to any bank. Which they said they didnt. They have already messed up in the first place by running my credit with the wrong car. And I only permitted them to run my credit once. I hope you guys could help me out thank you
