Nationwide Recovery currently is attempting to collect on a debt from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' that is not owed by me. I have not done any business with Nationwide or " Nationwide recovery '' I've attempted to resolve the matter with Nationwide and " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' several times and have gotten no resolve. I've asked for written evidence that this debt is owed by me with my signature and some sort of identification proving that I've engaged in business with this company. They have failed to provide any evidence, but want to pay on a debt they aren't even positive that is mine. I am prepared to take legal action against this company for failing to protect my rights un the FCRA and their predatory collection attempts. I demand they they remove this collection from my credit report immediately and stop all collection further efforts.
