I just made a complaint about this company on XX/XX/XXXX, they replied to it on XX/XX/XXXX, stating they apologized, they will no longer make contact or attempts to collect this debt. I also have their original letter dated XX/XX/XXXX that states : TEXAS RESIDENTS : THE LAW LIMITS HOW LONG YOU CAN BE SUED ON A DEBT. BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF YOUR DEBT, WE WILL NOT SUE YOU FOR IT, AND WE WILL NOT REPORT IT TO ANY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY. THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED BY LAW. Well, after I disputed with them, filed complaint with CFPB and they said they would no longer attempt to collect, they put 3 amounts of debt on my credit report!! I was notified of this today. This is unethical and needs to be deleted from my report immediately. I do not have any negative items on reports until now with this bogus debt that was not my fault. I gave insurance to hospital, they billed and got paid. The physicians billing failed to do so. They have broken so many laws at this point.
