After my XX/XX/2021 payment, the outstanding principal balance of my loan was {$350000.00}. Based on my amortization schedule that puts me at 77.8718 % resulting LTV %, which means I no longer have to pay the monthly PMI charge of {$100.00}. On XX/XX/2021, I called HomeBridge customer service regarding this matter to ensure that the PMI automatically drops off my loan balance as of XXXX, as per my amortization schedule. The agent informed me that customer service doesn't handle PMI matters and gave me an email address to reach out to. Right after I hung up, I proceeded to email XXXX to let them know the above. On XX/XX/2021, after 7 days of no response to my email, I followed up with XXXX again. It is now XX/XX/2021 and yesterday I received my paper statement in the mail for the month of XXXX, and it still shows the {$100.00} PMI amount due. I am filing a complaint here as a last resort to attempt to get a response from HomeBridge. They have given me problems with my escrow balance in the past, as they are very inefficient and uncommunicative.
