I tried telling the credit bureaus that this information on my credit report is incorrect ( see attachment ). Even though I followed the proper procedures multiple times they just sent back that it was verified, as if they didn't even look at the evidence that i sent them. The high credit is wrong, the date last active is wrong, the date of last payment is wrong, and its showing a balance even though the payment status is collection/charge-off. This is all a direct violation of FCRA. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be re-investigated.
