I give Consumer Financial Protection Bureau authorization to communicate, investigate and be the third party on my behalf. I have constantly sent Experian notices to update an account XXXX to XXXX balance since XXXX. Experian uses tactics such as they do not have me in the system under my name when communicating back to CFPB yet they are easily reporting incorrect data under my file. Experian has proof of who I and I've sent my social security and driver 's license. Experian is continuing to VIOLATE my rights. When will the violations and inaccurate reportings stop? Attached is a drover license.
