After several attempts to get this Situation resolved I am still having this reported to my credit report!! On XX/XX/2021 I submitted a complaint with cfpb about the account XXXX XXXX balance XXXX high credit balance XXXX and reported as an repossession, the information on my report is reporting inaccurate in several different ways on my Equifax report!! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX both seen the inaccuracies and removed them from my report as Ive disputed this issue with Equifax several times and no response or anything Ive also spoken with a Representative and they also stated they have all my correspondence and none sent back out on their end!!! At this point I am considering an lawsuit against Equifax for failure to comply with FCRA rules and regulations to verify or validate the disputed item on my credit report if the issue isnt resolved immediately i demand validation the original contract that represents the same thing that is being reported to my credit report that was used to verify the account for you all to still have it reported to my credit report!!!!
