On XX/XX/XXXX I had two unauthorized transactions at out of state retail stores ( XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX ) and ( XXXX XXXX - Washington DC for both XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ). I discovered and reported this information to my bank on XX/XX/XXXX and after investigation was declined the error dispute. The reason given was my possession of the card, despite sale occurrence out of state. These were unauthorized transactions for which I received no financial gain but a loss of {$4200.00}.
