I the natural person and consumer sent EQUIFAX/XXXX XXXX a copy of the police report I filed with my local police department XXXX COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT, with the FTC, copies of my identity, a notarized identity theft affidavit and written a statement and written instructions stating " Concerning the accounts listed below as the consumer Im demanding you delete and block these accounts : 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ACCOUNT # XXXX 2. XXXX/XXXX ACCOUNT # XXXX 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT # xxxxxxxxxxxx XXXX 4. XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT # xxxxxxxxxxxx XXXX 5. XXXX xxxxxxxxxxxx XXXX 6. XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT # xxxxx XXXX 7. XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT xxxxx XXXX 8. This is causing me the consumer and natural person much financial harm as it is weighing against my character, reputation and credit standing. I never gave EQUIFAX/XXXX XXXX consent to report this information and this is a direct violation of my right to privacy. I am a federally protected consumer and the Fair Credit Reporting act was created to protect me and my right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). These actions are illegal as EQUIFAXXXXX XXXX are breaking several federal laws. EQUIFAX/XXXX XXXX are civilly liable for the damages this is causing me and my family pursuant to 15 USC 1681n in which I will pursue. I have attached a copy of the documents that was sent by certified mail with a copy of the green return receipt that shows XXXX XXXX received the documents on XX/XX/XXXX.
