I was a customer at Wells Fargo bank from XXXX. My information and my account was used witout my permission or authorization. This ruined my credit score for credit card that I did not authorize as well as fees being put on me without my knowledge. I made my complaint to Wells Fargo and other issues with my information and identity theft because of my information and data including my social security number and other information. Mycredit score has been damaged and I still have not got my credit score fix and I am unable to get my credit back to a plus. I am askig for help in how I can get my score fixed. I made my complaint to all three bureaus.My identity is ruined from my information being compromise with banks and I was also scam and ask help from these two banks and XXXX dud nothing to help me as a customer gor my losses as well as my information being use to open credit cards without my permission or even knowing that this was going on. When I ask for help from banks I was treated unfairly and discriminated on.
