I took out one loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was disbursed on one date and paid off other loans. Like a credit card that is used for multiple items at different stores, it is one trade line. When a credit account goes to collections it remains one tradeline. Same for a loan. I am submitting page two of the Department of Education Default Resolution Groups response to my local Congressman confessing they took that one loan and are reporting it as two tradelines. Clearly it is inaccurate and false reporting by multiplying and compounding adverse affects to my credit file. If they want to count them as the original subsidized and unsubsidized loans seperately those loan dates should be used and it would be far too old to remain on my credit. I am including screenshots from the Experian website. NOTE NOT A THIRD PARTY WEBSITE. These screenshots verify the account was sold to another collection agency in XX/XX/XXXX. This is why it is showing closed with XXXX balance. This is the reason the original creditor is no longer on my credit report. It was sold to Dept of Ed Default Resolution Group and aged off my report in 5yrs because paid collections fall off 5yrs from first delinquency in NY. Since Dept of Ed Default Resolution Group sold to another agency who's address is on credit report under section Labeled CONTACT. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, IA XXXX. I will also attach screenshots of the department of education. EDU website showing this address is not found anywhere in department of education. I will also include a screenshot of a web search for this address. It shows a lawyer/collection agency. There is also a statement on credit file under status Status A brief message describing your payment history with a specific account. " Seriously past due date/ assigned to attorney, collection agency, or credit grantor & apos ; s internal collection department '' Screenshot also included. Since the clock does not reset it should be removed 5yrs from first delinquency XX/XX/XXXX. In this case it should be removed within a few weeks. I have requested early exclusion on good faith because the Department of Education Default Resolution Group had been falsely reporting additiona tradelines.
