I had an account with fifth third bank in XXXX and XXXX. I overdrafted my account but had the money in savings. They charged me late fees upon late fees then finally took the money from savings. I told them that they cant charge the late fees and overdraft fees when the money was clearly in the other account. They said that they could. I told them to close my account and they said they did. They did not and kept charging me overdraft fees and all other fees. I had to go again and tell them to close it. I was then informed that my total in late fees were now XXXX and something. I told them no you need to look into this and figure out what is going on. I have been talking to the bank about it and nothing has been done. Now i have a lawyers office calling and threatening to report me to the banks so i can no longer have a bank account and to garnish my wages.
