I am applying to refinance my home and have 24 hours to get the required documents to them. ThunderRoad Financial does not send paper statements for offer online statements. I called them to request one and they can't seem to produce one. They keep saying they are requesting it from the accounting department, but nothing has been produced. I am not sure what I am supposed to do to get one. I don't believe they should be able to not supply you with any way to access a statement. No where on their site does it even give you information on how much your balance is on the loan. They only offer a payment portal, absolutely no other information.
