I received a notice on XX/XX/XXXX from this company with several violations that I cited on the notice. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent certified mailing informing them of these fraudulent actions. I have discovered that this debt collector Pursuant to 15 USC 1692 ( a ) have violated my privacy completely. I did not provide this debt collector with direct consent that they could contact me via mail or any other communication which is required pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( a ). On the communication sent via mail from this company pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( 4 ) and 15 USC 1692g ( 3 ) I did not receive notice that I have the right to dispute this debt. This company also seems to have committed identity theft due to myself never doing business with them or giving them my location information about this matter and also purchasing my information concerning me as a consumer in order to collect on a debt which according to 15 USC 1692e ( 10 ) is also a violation. Having to deal with this has literally caused me mental anguish and stress. I have attached documentation that I have sent to this company concerning this matter certified mail # XXXX
