The representative XXXX was extremely rude and Harassing. He also refused to give me information on my account that I requested. I had an outstanding payday loan with XXXX. XXXX was not with XXXX XXXX. He would not give me number to call him back later. He tried to pressure me to pay right then even though I told him I was dealing with something at my childs school, that I would need to call him back. He would not email me or offer to mail me a debt notice even when asked. He retorted how many loans do you have? How much money do you owe? Why wont you pay what you owe? Why are you avoiding this? He Would not differentiate the original loan amount. He would not give me contact information about his company. I hung up and called XXXX. They stated my debt was actually with another company and could not verify that number.
