I had interaction with this company on XXXX the XXXX at XXXX I spoke with a representative there that advised me that this payment would be sent over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on the XXXX payment report. I waited until mid XXXX as advised by the representative and contacted XXXX XXXX to see if the report had been provided to them yet they advised that it has not. We contacted the company together and XXXX XXXX was advised that payment has been made in full with no issues and the payment wouldnt be made to XXXX XXXX until the end of XXXX when they submit another report this is unacceptable and they have had ample amount of time to get this resolved! Then yesterday I was notified by my credit report alerts that this account was updated as still negative which I disputed with documentation of payment!
