My student loans were in forbearance during the months of XXXX and XXXX of XXXX as well as XX/XX/XXXX. However, XXXX is still reporting these loans as late to the credit agencies. I have repeatedly disputed this by providing documentation to serve as a justification for my claim. Recently, in a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ( that I did not receive until XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX has responded that " after their investigation, they will not be removing the late payments. '' This is an unfair and illegal business practice as the information that they are providing to the credit agencies is incorrect ; they refuse to change the information even after being provided documentation to support my request of removing these late payments. XXXX 's inaccurate reporting has negatively affected my financial status and has caused me to unnecessarily lose money in the process.
