Due to fraudulent activity with my personal information I am having to go through months and months of back and forth with companies that will not comply with the laws. At this point I am absolutely speechless at how I am being treated with my disputes. I have completed a FTC for the issue and submitted a CFPB complaint before. I have given the company plenty of time to contact me with any results but they have failed to do so. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have completed my portion by completeing the FTC and CFPB, but still this item remains on my account with out proof of a wet signature. I would like this to be my final time trying to get this issue resolved. Remove the account immediately because the company has had plenty of time to recover and provide documentation. The FTC was filed at the end of XX/XX/2021 and the first CFPB was completed in early XXXX, as a result of being ignored, by these same companies. I have rights as a consumer and these companies must respect that.
