It started a few weeks ago when they shut off access to my app and their texts are blocked by XXXX so I called today to get them to fix the lack of access. I went through 3 representatives and the Supervisor XXXX refused to grant access to my accounts or funds with my verification of my social, mailing address, birthday, and phone number ( was calling from an electronically verified by system ). The app also traces my physical address which is my billing address when trying to access my accounts via the app and now online which is also being refused. I am unable to access my accounts or the thousands of dollars in them.
