I'm including a PDF of my XX/XX/XXXX Letter to Specialized Loan Servicing ( " SLS '' ). The XX/XX/XXXX2021 letter to SLS is the latest in multiple communications with this loan servicer. As you will see in the attached XX/XX/XXXX PDF/Letter/Attachments, we have substantive unambiguous documentation which confirms that we are no longer responsible for the debt they are endeavoring to collect. We have been providing documentation to SLS since their first involvement. The XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, the originator of the HELOC, should have released our home as security for this debt following a dispute resolution exercise they inspired in in 2019. In the simplest terms, our obligation to the debt, for which SLS is now threatening a foreclosure, no longer exists.
