TransUnion is violating my consumer rights, damaging my creditworthiness, & sabotaging any chances of securing a new home for my family. Im currently trying to rent/buy a home for me and my family but inaccurate information on my TransUnion credit report is preventing me from doing that. TransUnion is not using reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of information on my consumer credit report. The alleged accounts : 1.XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX ). 2.XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Original Collector : XXXX ). There is no proof and/or documentation that these alleged debts belong to me. I even sent written communication directly to the debt collectors and they were unable to provide me any validation of the debt pursuant to FDCPA. If the debt collector is unable to validate the alleged debt how is TransUnion able to verify this debt? I sent written communication to attempt to resolve this issue with TransUnion ( See attached documents : Exhibit A ) but they refuse me a proper investigation pursuant to the FCRA. I asked in my written letter to TransUnion to be provided with verifiable proof of the alleged debts and the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information. They never provided me this information. Im invoking my specified remedy as a consumer. I demand these accounts be immediately deleted from my TransUnion credit report. Once deleted I demand an updated credit report be sent to any person you furnished my credit report to within the last 12 months. Im looking to move my family into a new home in the next 30 days ; an expedited response will be truly appreciated! See attached documents : Exhibit A - Copy of written communication to TransUnion on XX/XX/2021 disputing alleged accounts.
