I was trying to make a payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX. The payment was due on the XXXX of each month. Made a payment online and received a message that confirmation was delayed but would be sent in 30 minutes. Tried the process twice, made copies of the error message. Received an email that my payment was late. This has happened twice since I received the card. A customer service representative called me about my late payment. Informed him of the problem I was having. He told me he does not handle that department on late payments.
